Dr. Bobby Douglas

Dr. Douglas earned his medical degree from the James H. Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN, in 2015. He then completed his internship and ophthalmology residency in 2019 at Baylor Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX.

Before pursuing his medical degree, Dr. Douglas attended Carson-Newman College on an academic scholarship. Following his undergraduate studies, he served in the U.S. Army, deploying twice to Iraq before beginning his medical journey at James H. Quillen College of Medicine.

Dedicated to serving others both in and out of the medical field, Dr. Douglas participated in a mission trip to Haiti in 2017, providing essential ophthalmic care to those in need. Outside of his practice at Eye Care for the Adirondacks, he enjoys spending time with God, family, and friends, as well as running, hiking, skiing, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
